We opened up this crisp King Estate Pinot Gris tonight to go with our greek salad with grilled chicken. (Separate post on the salad)
This wine reminds me of fall fruits like pear with honey to smooth it out. It’s a nice alternative to the very crisp sauvignon blanc which is a staple in our frig in the warmer months. King Estate is well known for their excellent Pinot Noir and they can easily add this Pinot Gris to their list of winners. We’ll pick up another bottle soon.
