We picked up a bottle of this outstanding Raphael Sauvignon Blanc this past weekend in Long Island. It was a great find as this easily stands up to the Sau Blancs from California and New Zealand alike. It has a classic cleanness to the aroma and finish with odors of grass up front. I think it’s like a granny smith apple with a hint of lemon, a bit floral if anything up front and crisp throughout. If you can find it, buy it.
